Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same User will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any outstanding bonuses and unwithdrawn winnings.

• The account is for personal use only and is non-transferable — lending, selling, or granting access to third parties is strictly prohibited.

The User may request a withdrawal of the available balance in their 77aa account 77aa at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered on the User's account.

The processing time for Pix withdrawals is up to 3 minutes following internal approval of the request. Approvals are processed during business hours for most withdrawals, with automatic processing available 24 hours a day for withdrawals below the manual review threshold.

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or Pix key held in the name of the registered User at 77aa — the CPF on the account must match the CPF of the Pix key provided.

• The 77aa may request additional documentation before approving withdrawals above a certain amount, as part of the identity verification (KYC) process.

• Cancelled events: if an event covered by the 77aa is cancelled before it starts, bets are voided and the amount is returned to the User's account balance.
• Postponed events: bets on events postponed by more than 48 hours will be automatically voided by 77aa, with the amount returned to the balance.
• Incorrect odds: o 77aa reserves the right to void bets placed at odds containing a manifest technical error — for example, odds of 50.00 generated by a system fault for a clear favourite. The User will be notified by email in the event of a void.
• Live Betting: in In-Play markets, odds are updated in real time. The 77aa is not liable for connection delays that may have resulted in bets being placed at odds that no longer reflect the current state of the game. The 77aa may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Identification of multiple accounts linked to the same User.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated deadline.
• Abusive or offensive behaviour directed at the support team at 77aa.
• Self-exclusion activated by the User through the Responsible Gambling tools.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, the 77aa may hold pending withdrawals until the internal investigation is complete. Winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. The User will be notified by email of the suspension and of the outcome of any investigation.

The 77aa provides its services on an "as is" basis, making all reasonable efforts to ensure availability, security and accuracy of the information displayed. However, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of all its services.
